With more than 25 years of experience orchestrating large-scale, high-stakes corporate transformations, Miguel has earned an exceptional reputation for executing complex divestments, business separations, ICT modernisations, and rapid decommissioning programs. Miguel holds a Master of Business Administration from the Sydney Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Information Technology, underpinned by an extensive array of industry certifications. This unique combination of advanced business acumen and deep technical expertise allows him to seamlessly bridge the gap between boardroom strategy and frontline technical execution. Outside of leading complex enterprise change, Miguel is a passionate sports enthusiast who enjoys football, tennis, and boxing, and loves bringing people together over a classic Argentinean BBQ.

Yaz Parvez brings over 15 years of deep technical and operational experience to IVC Solutions, specialising in large-scale IT transformation programs, systems migrations, and post-sale decommissioning. As an industry-recognised expert in SAP ecosystem upgrades, Yaz has led the critical architectural changes for multiple high-profile corporate divestments and separations. In his role as Operational Readiness Lead, Yaz bridges the gap between complex software architecture and Day 1 readiness. He holds a degree from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and maintains a rigorous suite of professional credentials, including a certified SAP practitioner designation. His systematic approach ensures that enterprise data and critical business applications transition smoothly during complex corporate carve-outs. When he isn't managing high-stakes digital transformations, Yaz channels his focus into martial arts, expresses his creativity through playing music, and is an avid foodie who loves exploring the world's finest culinary experiences.
